Mike Morgan - President and CEO

Mr. Morgan brings over 28 years of experience in the Aerospace Industry with an extensive background in systems and software development for air transport, military, business jet and general aviation applications. His background includes leadership experience in all aspects of Aerospace software, product, and business development, as well as over 10 years experience in globalization and outsource management. Mr. Morgan holds a BSEE from Oregon State University, is a private pilot and an adjunct professor on digital avionics design at UCLA.

Earl Swart - Director of Engineering

Mr. Swart has over 30 years of experience developing software in the Aerospace Industry. His background includes over 15 years experience in flight controls including system design, software development, hardware/software integration, and aircraft simulation. He has over 7 years experience in aircraft display software integration and test as well as 8 years technical experience in navigation systems. He holds BS and MS degrees in Engineering from Arizona State University.

Arturo Romandia - Director of Human Relations

Mr. Romandia has 9 years of experience developing and implementing HR processes for Sonoras largest employer. He has extensive experience in best practices for recruiting, university relations, Company communication, employee payroll administration and performance feedback. He is also an expert on Mexican Labor Law and holds a Bachelor in Business Management from Instituto Tecnologico De Hermosillo and an MBA from Tec De Monterrey.
  
 

Josue Olivas - Director of Information Technology

 Mr. Olivas has over 6 years of experience as a system administrator and system consultant in building IT systems for many large and medium sized companies. He has background in networking, infrastructure, technical support, project management, programming and databases. He holds BS and MS degrees in Administration of Information Technology from the Tecnologico de Monterrey. He is a Microsoft certified professional and a part-time professor at the ITESM University.

Alejandro Osorio - Director of Quality

Mr. Osorio has over 30 years of technical and leadership experience in engineering and process control. He has written 18 articles on best quality practice and is also the co-author of a book on innovation and competitiveness. He has conducted numerous CMMI assessments over his career and guided several international companies through successful ISO9000 certification. He teaches classes at the local university on Strategic Planning and Quality and holds a BS in Electronics from Instituto Polytecnico Nacional.
